In the summer of 2009, interns will participate in a combination of fieldwork and office work. In the field, interns will conduct park inspections throughout the five boroughs for the Report Card on Parks project. While in the office, NY4P interns will spend time conducting research on park policies such as athletic field permitting, park vendors, and park usership.
