Marco Polo readings

The readings in The Travels of Marco Polo cover the Prologue and the sections on Kubilai Khan, the Middle East, and the road to Cathay  In the Penguin edition, these appear as the Prologue and Chapters 1 through 3 (pp. 33-162).  In the Google Books version, the order of the sections is different, but the material is the same: pages 84 to 237.  If you prefer a pdf version, log in, click on the title of this node, and you'll find the pdf's.   Or log onto NYUHome, and go to the "ebrary" and you'll find an online version of the book; read pages 3 - 215 in that edition.
