7. Cuisine

  • Art of Travel Assignments

Post by Oct. 12

Write about the food scene.  What are you eating?  Where?  How often do you go out and how often do you eat at home or at school?  How much do things cost?  Are you shopping for food to eat at home?  What's unique about the cuisine where you are?  What surprised you?  What's interesting about the food that your friends at home might want to hear about?

As always, post an image and comment on someone else's blog.

Also, here's a scholarly article that you might want to think about and refer to as you write your blog post:

Shuai Quan and Ning Wang, "Towards a structural model of the tourist experience: an illustration from food experiences in tourism"
